Employees do steal money.  In fact, the not-for-profit sector may be ripe for the picking.  That’s the bad news.  The good news?  There are steps you can take to reduce your chances of being victimized.

Many not-for-profit executives seem resigned to the fact that the line between governance and management is blurry or, in some cases, non-existent.  It doesn’t need to stay that way.
